Yoga is an ancient practice of breathing, movement and meditation to help us have a healthier body and techniques to calm your mind. We will practice flowing from pose to pose, work on balancing postures and core strengthening with some relaxation at the end of class. No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary. You will need to provide your own yoga mat. I recommend a thick, non slip yoga mat. A yoga block and strap are recommended but not required. Please bring a small towel and a bottle of water!
