What better way is there to learn robotic programming, problem solving, and perseverance than in a fun, competitive environment...and did we mention robots? This camp will teach members how to engineer and program a Lego EV3 robot to complete missions by following the Core Values designated by F.I.R.S.T. Lego League. Teams will try to outscore each other on an 8' by 4' mission board in 2 1/2 minutes time. They will learn the basics of programming and design, as well as explore more advanced techniques such as adding sensors and motors to assist in their success. In this camp, experienced programmers and new programmers will work together and learn from each other.
